We were lucky enough to grow up in a country surrounded by an abundance of fresh produce. Cherished memories of lamb on the BBQ on a Summer's day, fresh seafood caught that very morning by one of the cousins, all in all reminds us of how lucky we are. Food should be enjoyed, and most importantly be as local and fresh as it can be. This is a philosophy that we stay true too. As New Zealander's we pride ourselves on being in-formal and this quality resonates throughout our food and dining experiences.
